♦ Tender and Proposal Management
♦ Lead the complete tender cycle (RFP/RFI) from receipt to final delivery.
♦ Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Sales departments to prepare accurate and competitive proposals.
♦ Ensure compliance with deadlines, requirements, and client quality standards.

Pricing and Financial Control
♦ Develop and update market-aligned pricing and rate models.
♦ Analyze profitability, margins, and operational costs for each proposal.
♦ Control financial and contractual documentation for active projects.

Process Improvement and Reporting
♦ Maintain and optimize bidding templates, documents, and processes.
♦ Prepare reports on tender results, success metrics, and opportunities for improvement.
♦ Support internal and external audits related to pricing and tenders.

What will your purpose be?
You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end tendering and pricing process, ensuring competitive commercial proposals supported by financial analysis and aligned with Xtendo Global | BPO's global strategy.

Profile we are looking for:
♦ Professional in Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
♦ Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in pricing, tenders, or financial control, ideally in BPO or professional services.
♦ Advanced command of Excel, ERP, and CRM tools.
♦ Advanced English (reading, writing, and conversation).
