Key Responsibilities:
♦ Analyze historical data and trends to forecast operational demand.
♦ Design and optimize schedules and staffing plans.
♦ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvement actions.
♦ Ensure adequate coverage according to workload volumes.
♦ Work closely with Operations, HR, Training, and Finance.
♦ Prepare reports and analysis for decision-making.
Key requirements:
♦ Technical, technological, or professional education in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
♦ 1 to 2 years of experience in Workforce Management, data analysis, or related areas.
♦ Intermediate command of Excel and Google tools.
♦ Knowledge of WFM tools and process optimization.
♦ Analytical skills, clear communication, and teamwork.
♦ Availability for a full-time on-site schedule.
